The Challenge

Food and Beverage products can be contaminated by an outside source as environment, packaging, production processes, incompatible raw material, improper storage, etc.
Several food and feed organic contaminants (i.e. pesticides, VOCs, preservatives) are known and need to be analyzed regularly to assess their absence or safe content limits.
Unknown contamination can also occur as non-routine problems, generating off-flavors, color or odor and general quality failures.

The Solution
